VMware vExpert 2014 and Top vBlog Voting Results

Last couple of weeks have been really good for me. At first it was Top  vBlog voting 2014 results that was announced. Every year Eric Siebert from vSphere-land.com conducts Top VMware and Virtualization blog voting where hundreds of blogs are voted for and top blogs are elected based on the votes they receive.

Top vBlog Voting

I was lucky to be part of this voting and i was also glad that my blog finished at the 81st position out of 320 blogs who took part in the contest for the year 2014. For this, I thank my readers from the bottom of my heart for voting for me and also supporting me throughout the whole thing. I would not have made it into the Top 100 right in my first year of blogging.

For those who missed the announcement, you can find it at Top vBlog Voting results. I also thank Eric Siebert for all his effort im conducting this voting to maintaining the list of blogs at vLaunchpad. Hats off to him.

The second good news came to me on April 1st. It was this year’s vExperts results.  I am both humbled and honored to be selected as a vExpert and to be part of this prestigious group. It is a dream come true.

I have always loved helping others on VMTN community and also learning a lot of things throughout my journey. I thank Corey Romero and John Mark Troyer for recognizing people like us and handing out vExpert title. I completely respect them for their support and also for the hard work they have to go through from creating/publishing/accepting the applications to putting the list together and publishing it. Hats off to their dedication.

The VMware vExpert results can be found at  VMware vExpert 2014 Announcement

I have been lucky to be part of this awesome community of experts and veterans from whom i have a lot to learn.  And also at the same time i will promise to myself and my readers that i will only get better at what i do and try my best to put out quality content.

Once again, I thank everyone.
